• You set up and adjust various MEA production systems precisely for the manufacturing process
• Production and control of the systems are in your hands so that you can independently adjust them in the event of process deviations
• Laboratory activities in preparation for production, such as the high-precision weighing of catalyst material, the preparation of solutions and the precise mixing of material pastes, are part of your day-to-day work
• You are responsible for the comprehensive supervision of the provision of materials in the MEA production in exact quantities and on time
• You conscientiously record all production parameters in the production data acquisition system
• You comply with and regularly check quality specifications
• With your eye for improvement, you actively contribute to the optimisation of production processes in terms of costs and quality

• You have completed vocational training as a plant operator (m/f/d), machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have German language skills of at least level B2
• You are willing to work shifts
• You are able to work independently and recognise errors quickly
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
