• You will represent the site security team, and the site gate must be manned at all times to act as an emergency call centre and switchboard
• Managing the switchboard is also one of your responsibilities
• You are responsible for sorting the post
• You are responsible for managing the lorries entering the works
• You also maintain documents and databases in the EHS department

• You have good IT skills (MS Office)
• German is your mother tongue and you have a good command of English – knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• You have no limitations when it comes to walking or standing
• You also have a confident and polite manner
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
