• You will be responsible for the technical management and coordination of six staff members in the field of plant engineering and maintenance at the site
• You will also be responsible for the regular maintenance, inspection and troubleshooting of the complex logistics systems to ensure smooth operational processes
• Furthermore, you will oversee system-related fault-finding, fault rectification and the professional execution of minor repairs in close coordination with the maintenance department
• Your responsibilities also include the targeted deactivation of faulty plant components and the careful, forward-looking planning of all necessary repair measures
• As part of your role, you will support the ongoing optimisation of technical processes and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of all operational procedures
• Furthermore, you will ensure that all maintenance work carried out is properly documented and that all relevant safety regulations are adhered to within the company

• You have completed further training as an electrical engineering technician (m/f/d) as well as an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or mechatronics technician (m/f/d)
• You also have several years’ professional experience in the maintenance of industrial plant, as well as some experience in the technical management of staff
• Your solid knowledge of common ITsystems, as well as in the digital recording and documentation of maintenance and servicing processes
• You have a business-fluent command of written and spoken German, enabling precise communication with relevant business partners and colleagues
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented approach, and are characterised by a structured, independent way of working
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
