  • You set up, prepare and commission plastic injection moulding machines
  • You assemble, dismantle and optimise injection moulding tools
  • You set and monitor process parameters to ensure product quality
  • You carry out initial sampling and document the processes
  • You analyse and rectify faults during the ongoing production process
  • You continuously optimise processes to improve efficiency and quality
  • You consistently comply with quality, safety and environmental regulations
  • You support and mentor apprentices training to become plastics and rubber technologists

Requirements

  • You have completed a vocational training programme with expertise in plastics, e.g. as a plastics and rubber technologist (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
  • You have several years’ experience in operating and setting up injection moulding machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office is desirable
  • Ideally, you hold an AEVO qualification
  • You are willing to work shifts and at weekends
  • You are confident in speaking and writing German
  • You hold a valid work permit
