• You set up and carry out tool and colour changes in accordance with the process settings
• In the event of deviations in the process, you systematically troubleshoot the issue and restore stable production flows
• You will independently rectify minor faults on the production machinery
• You will operate and monitor the plastics manufacturing machinery and ensure a smooth production process
• You mark rejected goods with the relevant cause of the fault
• You check the quality of the manufactured parts during the production process and document the results
• At the end of your shift, you hand over the production units to your colleagues on the next shift
• You support the optimisation of processes with your ideas for continuous improvement

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a process mechanic specialising in plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d), a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or a plastics moulding technician (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have gained experience in plastics manufacturing
• You possess technical skills acquired either through formal training or practical experience
• You are characterised by a strong focus on quality
• You work with a high level of health and safety awareness
• You are familiar with continuous improvement techniques
• You have a good command of spoken German
• You are willing to work a 4-shift rota
• A valid work permit completes your profile
