• You will set up CNC grinding machines (internal/external, surface or cylindrical grinding) independently, operate them and monitor the ongoing process
• You will create and optimise grinding programs independently, preferably with Siemens control
• Dimensional corrections, tool changes and set-up processes
• You continuously check the quality using standard measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers or laser measurement
• You reliably ensure the surface quality and dimensional accuracy of the workpieces
• You carefully document processing steps and quality specifications

• You have completed training as a machining mechanic (m/f/d) (turning/milling/grinding), plastics moulding technician (m/f/d), process mechanic for plastics technology (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You are confident with CNC machines, especially the Siemens control system, you are confident and experienced
• experience in cylindrical or surface grinding is desirable and an advantage
• you can read and understand technical drawings without any problems
• you have a good command of spoken German and have valid working papers
• you are willing to work shifts, depending on production requirements
