Plastics and rubber technologist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You will be responsible for installing supply lines and equipment feed lines, as well as modules and cabinets for ultra-pure gases, chemicals and compressed air, in accordance with installation drawings, using plastic materials (PVC, PP, PE, PVDF, PFA, ECTFE)
• You will be responsible for reading and understanding R&I plans and drawings
• You will be responsible for flaring the ends of plastic hoses
• Checking and inspecting the results of your work will also form part of your role
• In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy workplace
• Compliance with health and safety, fire safety and quality management system requirements rounds off your role

What we’re looking for

• You have completed a technical or craft apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Experience in operating milling machines would be an advantage
• Your knowledge of plastics processing and machining is an asset
• You have a good technical understanding and analytical thinking skills
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• You are a team player, reliable and able to work independently
