- You will be responsible for operating and monitoring production plant used to manufacture plastic and rubber products (e.g. injection moulding, extrusion or mixing plant)
- You will set up machines and systems and reconfigure them for new production orders
- You will also monitor the production process and continuously optimise the production parameters
- You will be responsible for carrying out quality controls and documenting the results
- You will also identify faults at an early stage, rectify minor faults independently and, where necessary, inform the maintenance team
- You maintain and service the production plant as part of preventive maintenance
- Furthermore, you are responsible for compliance with the applicable safety, quality and environmental regulations
- Close collaboration with colleagues from production, quality assurance and maintenance rounds off your role
Requirements
