• You will be responsible for operating and monitoring production plant used to manufacture plastic and rubber products (e.g. injection moulding, extrusion or mixing plant)
• You will set up machines and systems and reconfigure them for new production orders
• You will also monitor the production process and continuously optimise the production parameters
• You will be responsible for carrying out quality controls and documenting the results
• You will also identify faults at an early stage, rectify minor faults independently and, where necessary, inform the maintenance team
• You maintain and service the production plant as part of preventive maintenance
• Furthermore, you are responsible for compliance with the applicable safety, quality and environmental regulations
• Close collaboration with colleagues from production, quality assurance and maintenance rounds off your role

• You have completed a vocational training programme, e.g. as a plastics and rubber technologist (m/f/d), a process mechanic specialising in plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in plastics or rubber processing would be an advantage
• Your technical understanding and manual dexterity are strong points
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• You are willing to work a three-shift system
