• You monitor and ensure error-free production
• You organise the shift rota reliably
• You also carry out shift handover and handover procedures conscientiously
• You start up and shut down injection moulding machines
• You carry out material and colour changes independently
• You identify and rectify moulding defects promptly
• You continuously optimise processes in series production
• You maintain shift and quality assurance documentation meticulously

• You have completed vocational training as a process mechanic specialising in plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d), a Mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have professional experience in a manufacturing company
• A basic knowledge of German and a valid work permit are an advantage
• You are willing to work in a 3-shift operation
• Ideally, you hold a forklift licence, although this is not essential
