• You will be responsible for the precise planning, control and seamless monitoring of all complex production processes during day-to-day operations
• You will also be responsible for the professional set-up, changeover and optimisation of modern processing machines and peripheral equipment
• You will also oversee the continuous quality control of the moulded parts produced and ensure a consistently high standard of manufacturing quality
• The professional manufacture of high-quality moulded parts, semi-finished products and compounds is also part of your daily duties
• As part of your role, you will assist with the analysis and resolution of process disruptions to ensure smooth production flows
• Furthermore, you will assist with the monitoring of all material-specific parameters to ensure efficient and first-class processing at all times
• Finally, you will be responsible for the accurate documentation of all relevant production data in accordance with the specified internal quality standards

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a plastics technologist (m/f/d), a process mechanic specialising in plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d) or a toolmaker (m/f/d)
• You also have sound practical professional experience in controlling, monitoring and optimising complex production processes in plastics processing
• You stand out thanks to your confident knowledge of operating and programming modern production plant and relevant IT systems
• You have a very good command of German at a business-proficient level (C1/C2), both spoken and written, to ensure accurate documentation
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high level of quality awareness and a precise, structured and independent approach to your work
• Finally, you are extremely reliable and take great pleasure in working as part of a team
• In addition to your technical expertise, you hold a valid work permit and are permanently resident in Germany
