Duties: Answering the telephone, carrying out entry checks, coordinating visitors, monitoring access points to the premises Requirements: excellent communication skills – proficiency in MS Office – good command of German and English – a reliable and professional manner – willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts) - Willingness to cover for staff on holiday or sick leave (including full-time work for one to two weeks, subject to agreement)
