• You will operate the paint booth, including the preheating oven and the Power-and-Free conveyor
• You prepare the parts for powder coating
• You mask off relevant areas that must not be coated in accordance with specifications
• You carry out filling work on recesses and surface irregularities, followed by sanding
• You set the appropriate coating parameters according to the geometry on the control unit of the electrostatic spray gun
• You optimise the hanging points, document them and forward the results
• You allow the parts to cool in the cooling zone, remove the masking and unhang them, then pack and pick them in accordance with the work order and order; where necessary, you apply markings
• you carry out a visual inspection and measure the specified coating thickness, and save the recorded values in the measuring device
• reporting all completed orders in SAP rounds off your responsibilities

• You have some initial experience in painting, powder coating or in a skilled trade or technical profession
• Basic knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
• You are characterised by your manual dexterity and technical understanding
• You work carefully, precisely and independently
• You are naturally willing to work shifts
• You are a team player and reliable
• A good command of German, enabling you to understand work instructions, rounds off your profile
• Valid work documents (work permit) are a prerequisite for employment
