You will be responsible for stock management of all pre-series production runs and will maintain an overview of parts stock levels; you will independently coordinate the procurement of all semi-and finished parts independently with the relevant departments. You will monitor the on-time delivery of pre-series parts. You will actively contribute suggestions for improvement to ongoing processes. In accordance with customer requirements, you will ensure that pre-series parts are ready on time. You will take part in project meetings and discussions, where you will represent your area of responsibility. You will reliably pass on relevant information to production staff. You will assist in drawing up work instructions. As the point of contactYou are the point of contact for end customers regarding parts provision. You prepare delivery notes carefully and on time. You document component statuses and part histories in the system

• You have successfully completed a commercial or technical vocational training programme
• You have experience in plastics processing and assembly technology
• You have knowledge of component versions and part lifecycles
• You have a strong technical understanding
• You have advanced PC skills in MS Office and SAP
• Good communication skills when dealing with customers and suppliers, as well as German language skills at C1 level, round off your profile
• You hold a Class B driving licence
