• You will be responsible for the independent and professional production of high-quality components made from sustainable concrete and modern reinforced concrete structures
• You will also be responsible for the precise manufacture of custom-fit formwork and load-bearing reinforcement in accordance with specifications
• You will also carry out the finishing work on precast concrete components with care, in accordance with internal quality standards and technical drawings
• Furthermore, you will take on the technical leadership of a small team of two to three dedicated colleagues
• Monitoring all production processes to ensure they meet deadlines and maintaining high production quality are among your core responsibilities
• Finally, you will conscientiously document all relevant work steps in compliance with all applicable safety regulations and internal guidelines

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a precast concrete worker (m/f/d), bricklayer (m/f/d) or carpenter (m/f/d)
• you also have sound practical experience in the concrete sector and, preferably, a valid crane and forklift licence
• furthermore, you are characterised by a strong technical understanding and a high level of manual dexterity
• you have good to very good written and spoken German skills to ensure smooth communication
• You are characterised by an independent and conscientious approach to work, as well as strong teamwork skills, reliability and personal motivation
• For this position of responsibility, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
