• You will set up the CNC press brake independently, determine the bending sequence, create the NC programme, and operate and monitor the press brake, stopping the machine in the event of a fault
• You will also set up the laser system independently, load the NC programme from DNC into the system, start the programme, monitor the machine and stop the machine in the event of a fault
• You check the parts for dimensional accuracy and completeness using preset or simple measuring equipment, e.g. a tape measure or gauge, to ensure dimensional accuracy and completeness, correct the machine and the NC programme, and sort out or report faulty parts
• Furthermore, you resolve operational faults on the machine or arrange for them to be resolved, e.g. in the event of misalignment of the axes
• you also complete MBDE reports to document production status and quality
• last but not least, you carry out simple maintenance and cleaning tasks as instructed, e.g. checking and adjusting fluid levels, replacing air filter mats and carrying out the weekly cleaning of the machine

• You have completed a vocational training programme
• You also have relevant professional experience
• A good command of spoken German and a valid work permit are also assets
