• In this role, you will set up the CNC press brake independently, determine the bending sequence and create the NC programme
• You will operate and monitor the press brake and stop the machine in the event of a fault
• You will set up the laser system independently, load the NC programme from DNC into the system and start the programme
• You will monitor the machine and stop it in the event of a fault
• You check parts for dimensional accuracy and completeness using pre-set or simple measuring equipment, e.g. a tape measure or gauge
• You make adjustments to the machine and the NC programme as required; you sort out faulty parts and report them where necessary
• You rectify, or arrange for the rectification of, operational faults on the machine, e.g. misalignment of axes
• You create MBDE reports to document production status and quality, and carry out simple maintenance and cleaning tasks as specified, e.g. checking and adjusting fluid levels, replacing air filter mats and cleaning the machine weekly

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), a machining mechanic (m/f/d), a metalworker (m/f/d) or a construction mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have specialist experience in operating CNC press brakes and laser cutting machines
• You are also willing to work on Saturdays

• You have a good command of written and spoken German, and a valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
