• You will be responsible for preparing the vulcanising presses and equipment in accordance with the production plan
• You will be responsible for changing over the presses, including changing moulds and adjusting product labelling
• Entering and checking the process parameters on the machines, as well as weighing, marking and preheating the rubber compounds
• you will also load the vulcanising presses with rubber compounds and metal inserts
• You will carry out simple quality checks and report any issues, and assist in rectifying quality deviations
• In addition, you will monitor the pressing process, be responsible for demoulding and the visual inspection of the finished components
• You will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the vulcanisation moulds, as well as documenting production data
• Resolving minor faults and informing shift management or maintenance in the event of major faults round off your role

• you have already gained experience in a manufacturing company, ideally in the plastics, rubber or metal processing sector
• your technical understanding and interest in machinery and production processes are assets
• You have a good command of German and hold a valid work permit
• You are willing to work shifts
