• You will set up hybrid printing presses incorporating flexo, screen, offset, gravure and digital printing independently
• You will optimally carry out finishing techniques such as hot and cold foil stamping, varnishing, lamination, adhesive application and multi-layer material assembly
• You monitor the production run, operate the printing presses and process error reports during web inspections
• You will train technical apprentices and new staff on the printing press
• You will carry out mechanical repairs on the printing press with ease
• You play an active role in continuous improvement management
• You ensure order and cleanliness in accordance with the 5S method on a daily basis

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a print media technologist (m/f/d), as a printer (m/f/d), machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• ideally, you have experience in web printing or label printing
• Reading and understanding technical drawings comes naturally to you
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to work a three-shift system
• Commitment, reliability and a proactive and safe approach to work are your strengths
