• You operate and monitor printing presses, such as offset, digital or flexographic printing presses
• You set up the machines and adjust them for each job
• During the printing process, you monitor quality and make corrections where necessary
• You select printing inks, paper and other materials to suit the specific job
• You carry out minor maintenance and servicing work on the machines
• You document production data and ensure compliance with quality standards
• You work closely with the pre-press and post-press departments

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a print media technologist (m/f/d), Printer (m/f/d), Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have experience in the field of printing technology
• Reading and understanding technical drawings comes naturally to you
