• You set up injection moulding machines and reconfigure them according to specific orders
• You carry out inspections independently and evaluate the results
• During ongoing production, you monitor the process parameters and take corrective action in the event of deviations
• You identify faults in machines and components and rectify them promptly
• You actively contribute to process optimisation and assist with the implementation of improvements
• You carefully document production, for example test results, order data and malfunctions
• You remove injection-moulded parts, check them visually and using measuring equipment for quality, and sort out rejects
• You prepare tools and materials and change them professionally

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a process mechanic specialising in plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d), a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or a plastics moulding technician (m/f/d)
• Some experience with SAP would be an advantage
• You have a basic spoken knowledge of German
• You are willing to work shifts
• You work reliably and accurately, and are able to maintain an overview of production documentation
• A valid work permit rounds off your profile
