• You will be responsible for systematically analysing, optimising and standardising all existing optimisation and standardisation of all existing production processes across the entire spectrum of the various production areas
• In addition, you will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies in the processes and implementing sustainable improvement measures
• Furthermore, you will oversee the implementation of structured process analyses such as value stream analyses and root cause analyses for targeted and sustainable error prevention in day-to-day production
• Actively supporting production with daily process deviations and disruptions is also one of your varied tasks
• As part of your role, you will support the creation and continuous maintenance of standards, work instructions and process documentation
• Furthermore, you will support the close cooperation with the interfaces of design, quality assurance and production for stable processes

• You have successfully completed a degree in production technology (m/f/d), mechanical engineering (m/f/d) or industrial engineering (m/f/d)
• In addition, you have several years of professional experience in a production environment with a strong focus on working directly in production
• You have a broad understanding of manufacturing processes in areas such as composite materials, CNC machining, electronics assembly or welding technology, electronics assembly or welding technology characterises you
• You have a good knowledge of the common MS Office applications and initial experience in working with ERP systems round off your profile
• You have a very good command of German at C1 level for daily communication and are also fluent in English
