• You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the production processes for our sophisticated standard products in the forward-looking sectors of space, CPV and LED, directly within our state-of-the-art production facilities
• You will also be responsible for comprehensive quality assurance and continuous quality control of the manufactured standard products, whilst adhering to strict guidelines
• You will also oversee the systematic conduct of detailed investigations into complex quality-related issues concerning our highly specialised and sensitive MOVPE systems
• The continuous optimisation of existing products and manufacturing processes is also part of your daily, exciting tasks aimed at increasing overall efficiency
• As part of your role, you will support the smooth transition of newly developed products from the development department directly into ongoing industrial production
• Furthermore, you will support the professional commissioning of new, state-of-the-art MOVPE systems and the associated high-precision measuring equipment in our cleanroom

• You have successfully completed a vocational training programme or a degree in Physics (m/f/d), Materials Science Engineering (m/f/d) or Semiconductor Technology Engineering (m/f/d)
• you also have in-depth and proven professional experience in the demanding fields of modern semiconductor technology or related physics-based industries
• your solid knowledge of solar cell physics, semiconductor analytics and optical and electrical measurement technology are key to your day-to-day work
• you have excellent written and spoken German at native speaker level, as well as good, business-level English for international communication
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of technological aptitude, strong teamwork skills and a genuine enthusiasm for hands-on work directly on the production floor
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
