• You will analyse, optimise and standardise existing production processes across all production areas to sustainably increase overall productivity and efficiency
• In addition, you will develop our versatile production processes in plastics processing, CNC machining, welding and component and final assembly in a targeted manner
• Furthermore, you will identify waste and bottlenecks in the production process and successfully implement effective measures for continuous improvement
• The definition, introduction and continuous monitoring of relevant key figures for the targeted control of production performance is also part of your daily core tasks
• as part of your work, you will carry out detailed process analyses as well as structured time recordings and well-founded profitability analyses for decision-making
• in addition, you will actively support operational production in the event of complex process deviations and unforeseen disruptions in the daily production process
• finally, you will create and maintain comprehensible work instructions, uniform standards and detailed process documentation for all interface areas involved

• You have successfully completed further training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) specialising in production technology or industrial foreman (m/f/d) metal
• In addition, a sound technical training as an aircraft mechanic (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or precision mechanic (m/f/d) forms your strong professional foundation
• Your sound knowledge of common ERP systems as well as modern tools for digital process visualisation and lean methods will make you stand out in your day-to-day work
• Your German language skills at native speaker level, both written and spoken, as well as a good command of technical English will enable you to communicate smoothly and professionally
• In addition, you will bring a high level of analytical thinking, strong communication skills and a strong hands-on mentality for the workshop
• Finally, you are absolutely assertive, work in an extremely structured manner and convince with an authoritative and solution-oriented manner towards all hierarchical levels
