• You hang the parts securely and in a space-saving manner using a lifting/lowering station and load them onto the overhead conveyor
• You carefully mask off threads, drill holes and mating surfaces before coating
• To pre-treat the workpieces, you sandblast them and subject them to wet chemical treatment
• After pre-treatment, you dry the parts under controlled conditions in the residual moisture dryer
• You select the appropriate powder and carry out colour changes thoroughly and cleanly
• Using various types of spray gun, you apply powder coating evenly to the workpieces by hand
• You regularly maintain and service the technical equipment to ensure it operates reliably
• You monitor quality before, during and after pre-treatment and coating, and document your results

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a process mechanic specialising in coating technology (m/f/d), a painter and varnisher (m/f/d) or a vehicle painter (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you will have gained experience in the field of powder coating
• Manual dexterity and a technical understanding of how to operate coating systems are assets
• You are reliable and have a strong sense of responsibility when it comes to quality control and documentation
• Your profile includes a good command of spoken German and a valid work permit
• You hold a driving licence and have your own vehicle to get to work
