• You will set up and calibrate high-quality automated machines for the manufacture of hybrid and plastic parts, as well as their associated peripheral equipment
• You will maintain and service production equipment to ensure a smooth production process
• You will independently carry out sampling, inspection and monitoring of new hybrid and injection-moulded parts
• You continuously monitor production runs and intervene in a targeted manner in the event of deviations
• You carry out quality checks and continuously optimise quality parameters

• You have completed a vocational training programme as a Machinery and Plant Operator (m/f/d), an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained experience in setting up and configuring injection moulding or hybrid machines
• You can read technical drawings and work to them
• You have a basic command of spoken and written German
• You are willing to work shifts
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• You are reliable, a team player and have a quality-conscious, solution-oriented approach to your work
