• You will set up injection moulding machines and the associated peripheral equipment independently and carry out sample checks on new moulds and products
• You will optimise ongoing production processes professionally to minimise waste as much as possible
• In the event of disruptions to the production process, you will systematically investigate the cause and resolve the issue together with your colleagues
• You will maintain, care for and service injection moulding tools
• You will document machine parameters and quality data precisely in accordance with specifications
• During ongoing production, you will monitor compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
• You regularly inspect the manufactured parts for dimensional and surface quality and initiate corrective action in the event of deviations
• When setting up the machine and changing moulds, you adjust the process parameters to suit the respective order

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d), a plastics technologist (m/f/d) or a mould maker (m/f/d)
• You have already gained solid practical professional experience in setting up injection moulding machines and in process optimisation
• Good to very good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• You are fully available to work shifts in a 2- and 3-shift system
• You are characterised by a high level of quality awareness and reliability
• You work in a solution-oriented, independent and precise manner in the day-to-day production environment
• A permanent residence in Germany rounds off your profile
