• You will be responsible for maintaining the injection moulding machines
• This involves troubleshooting machine and plant faults, setting up and tooling the moulds, preparing the machine (including core pull programming, core pull control, Multilift, etc.) as well as starting up the machine
• You will also carry out cleaning tasks on the machine between production runs
• You will also be responsible for checking quality specifications during the ongoing production process and, in the event of deviations, you will help to develop solutions
• last but not least, your responsibilities include the optimisation of workflows and processes, whereby you will identify problems and areas for improvement, propose possible improvements and solutions, and implement process optimisations and changes

• You have completed at least three years’ vocational training as a process mechanic (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have also gained professional experience in operating and setting up injection moulding machines
• You also have knowledge of optimising production processes
• A good command of spoken German and a valid work permit are also advantageous
• Furthermore, you are willing to work a three-shift system
• Strong communication skills, reliability and the ability to work as part of a team round off your profile
