• You set up production machinery, such as injection moulding or extrusion lines, and load them with granules or liquid materials
• Once set up, you start up the machinery and get the production process underway
• You monitor the ongoing production process and adjust temperatures, pressures or speeds
• In the event of faults, you intervene to ensure production runs smoothly
• You inspect the manufactured plastic and rubber products for defects, dimensions and stability
• You identify faulty parts at an early stage and sort them out accordingly
• You carry out finishing work on components by grinding, milling or drilling
• You assemble individual components into finished sub-assemblies
• You carry out minor repairs and maintenance work on the technical equipment
• Cleaning machines and workstations is also part of your role

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d), a plastics mould maker (m/f/d) or a chemical technician (m/f/d)
• you have experience of working with injection moulding or extrusion machinery
• you have a technical understanding of production processes and machine parameters
• you work carefully and precisely, including when carrying out quality control on components
• You possess manual dexterity for finishing work such as grinding, milling or drilling
• You are willing to carry out minor maintenance and cleaning tasks on the machinery
• We require a willingness to work shifts
• Reliability and a sense of responsibility are among your strengths
• Teamwork and communication skills round off your profile
• You have a basic knowledge of spoken German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit is required
