• You set up injection moulding machines and peripheral equipment, commission them and optimise the processes
• In accordance with the production plan, you set up moulds and removal devices and change them in the correct manner
• During production, you monitor the process and ensure product quality
• If process faults occur, you analyse and rectify them promptly
• You carry out minor maintenance work on machines and peripheral equipment independently
• You carry out visual and quality checks on the manufactured parts
• You carefully document process parameters and production data
• You record your work steps in a traceable manner and log any scrap produced

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a process mechanic specialising in plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d), a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or an industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have relevant professional experience in a production environment, ideally with injection moulding machines
• Technical understanding, manual dexterity and a strong focus on quality are to your credit
• You have a good command of spoken German
• You are willing to work a three-shift rota
• A valid work permit completes your profile
• You work independently, think ahead and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn
