• You will set up injection moulding machines, carry out mould changes and commission the machines in accordance with specifications
• In the event of faults with the injection moulding machines, you will analyse the causes and resolve them permanently
• You will actively support the trial runs of new moulds, as well as mould optimisation and adjustments
• You will programme and install removal devices and handling systems on the injection moulding machines
• In series production, you will monitor production processes and ensure quality, cycle times and output
• You define, document and carefully check process parameters for series production
• You check relevant documentation, such as mould logbooks, for completeness and accuracy
• You will independently assess components in series production and liaise with Quality Assurance and project management on quality issues
• You will actively support production in optimising scrap rates and cycle times

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a process mechanic specialising in plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d), an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You will benefit from many years of practical experience
• You have experience in fault analysis and in optimising cycle times and quality
• You are fully proficient in setting up and changing over injection moulding tools, as well as configuring process parameters
• A basic knowledge of German and a valid work permit are an advantage
• You are willing to work in a three-shift system
• Working independently, taking responsibility and making well-informed decisions at the machine are among your strengths
• You demonstrate teamwork and strong communication skills when liaising with Quality Assurance, toolmaking and production
