Process mechanic (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You will operate and monitor injection moulding machines for prototypes, small batches and mass production
• You will set up moulds and peripheral equipment to suit the respective production order
• You will continuously optimise production processes to improve quality and efficiency
• You will document process and quality data carefully and in a traceable manner
• You will play an active role in the trial production of new moulds and components
• You identify faults in machines and equipment at an early stage and rectify them to the best of your ability
• You will check finished components for dimensional accuracy and visual quality
• You will carry out minor maintenance and cleaning tasks on the injection moulding machines

What we’re looking for

• You have completed vocational training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have already gained experience in operating and setting up injection moulding machines
• You are characterised by technical understanding and a keen eye for quality
• Good German language skills and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• You are a team player with strong communication skills when liaising with Design, Quality Assurance and Production
• You must be willing to work shifts
