• You join fibre composites made of carbon and plastic
• In addition, you document the individual process steps and ensure compliance with standards and regulations
• You work on the implementation of new technologies, materials and processes, for example in the field of fibre composites or surface treatment
• You also support and advise production teams and provide training and instructions on process safety

• You have completed training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology, fibre composite technology or a comparable qualification
• You have experience in the processing of fibre composite materials such as GFRP or CFRP or in an industrial production environment
• Ideally, you have experience in the aviation environment or in composite production
• In addition, you have at least B2 level German skills in reading, writing and speaking, writing and speaking
