• You identify waste and inefficiencies in existing processes
• You plan and implement Lean initiatives within the company
• You introduce Lean methods and tools tailored to the company’s specific needs
• You train and support staff in the application of Lean methods and tools
• You continuously improve and maintain key performance indicators such as OEE
• You are independently responsible for EEM implementations
• You will be involved in internal and external audit processes
• You will be involved in in-house projects
• You will act as the liaison with central Lean Management

• You have completed vocational training in a scientific or technical field, e.g. as a chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d), process engineer (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have many years’ professional experience in relevant fields
• You have teaching experience in delivering training content
• You have a basic understanding of project management and some practical experience
• You are distinguished by proven experience in lean management and continuous improvement (CIP) processes, as well as in steering optimisation processes and analytical skills
• You handle key performance indicators confidently and in a goal-oriented manner
• You are proficient in standard MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word; you also have knowledge of SAP
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Your strong communication skills are evident in your facilitation, presentation and rhetorical abilities
