• You will be responsible for the structured management of all pre-production activities within the respective manufacturing processes, in accordance with the specified standards
• In addition, you will be responsible for the precise allocation of the defined hourly budgets across the various process steps in section, block and ship construction
• Furthermore, you will oversee the development of cross-functional construction strategy processes and make a valuable contribution to the continuous optimisation of all production processes
• Your daily tasks will also include the timely scheduling of all strategically relevant components and the regular compilation of statistics
• As part of your role, you will support the technical coordination of production processes with the relevant specialist departments, trades and all external suppliers
• Furthermore, you will support the implementation of bespoke solutions within the strategic manufacturing processes, as well as the ongoing continuous improvement process
• Finally, you will be responsible for the technical coordination of the team in process planning and, where required, will provide expert supervision of apprentices

• You have completed further training as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d), as well as an apprenticeship as a metalworker (m/f/d) or industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
• You also have several years’ solid professional experience in process planning, work preparation or production control within the industrial sector of mechanical and plant engineering
• Your confident proficiency in using common ERP systems, production planning software and standard MS Office applications are key to your day-to-day work
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German, as well as practical English skills enabling you to coordinate effectively on international specialist projects
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of assertiveness, organisational skills and a strong understanding of complex production processes and construction strategies
• Finally, you are a true team player, impress with your excellent communication skills and always work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
