• You will set up modern injection moulding machines independently, start them up and operate them during the production process
• You will replace injection moulding tools professionally and adjust the clamping units
• You will set, monitor and optimise process parameters such as pressure, temperature and cycle times, and monitor and optimise them to ensure product quality
• You prepare raw materials such as plastic granules and additives, mix them and monitor the drying and conveying systems
• You will continuously inspect finished moulded parts in accordance with the inspection plan to prevent rejects and defects
• You will quickly identify, analyse and rectify process faults whilst production is in progress

• Ideally, you will have completed an apprenticeship as a plastics and rubber technologist (m/f/d), a Process Mechanic specialising in Plastics/Rubber (m/f/d) or a comparable technical qualification
• You have practical experience in the industrial processing of polymers, particularly in the field of injection moulding and moulded part production
• You have a sound understanding of the material properties of plastics as well as the machinery and control technology of injection moulding machines
• You have a good command of German and hold a valid work permit
• You are flexible regarding shift work in a three-shift system
• You are characterised by a high sense of quality and responsibility, manual dexterity and the ability to work independently
