Job description

  • You will be responsible for the analysis, design and continuous optimisation of manufacturing and production processes with a view to sustainably increasing operational efficiency and productivity
  • You will also be responsible for the systematic maintenance and creation of detailed work plans, operational and workstation instructions, taking into account all internal guidelines
  • Furthermore, you will oversee the implementation of comprehensive process analyses, time studies and value stream analyses to specifically identify potential savings in terms of quality, costs and lead times
  • The preparation, facilitation and consistent application of modern lean methods such as CIP and 5S are also part of your daily responsibilities

  • You also have solid practical experience of using SAP in a live environment with regard to bills of materials and work plans
  • Your sound knowledge of common lean production methods, REFA time studies, value stream mapping and process FMEA, set you apart in your day-to-day work
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German, as well as business-level English for international project work
  • Furthermore, you demonstrate a high degree of assertiveness and a constant willingness to engage in professional communication across departments
