• You will be responsible for the analysis, design and continuous optimisation of manufacturing and production processes with a view to sustainably increasing operational efficiency and productivity
• You will also be responsible for the systematic maintenance and creation of detailed work plans, operational procedures and workplace instructions, taking all internal guidelines into account
• Furthermore, you will oversee the implementation of comprehensive process analyses, time studies and value stream analyses to specifically identify potential savings in terms of quality, costs and lead times
• Preparing, facilitating and consistently applying modern lean methods such as CIP and 5S is also part of your daily responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support cross-functional planning and the phased implementation of modern production layouts and innovative manufacturing concepts at the respective site
• Furthermore, you will support close cross-departmental collaboration with the Production, Quality, Operational Excellence and Engineering departments to achieve sustainable process optimisation
• Finally, you will be responsible for drawing up and developing modern safety concepts as well as comprehensive risk assessments for the various production and manufacturing areas

• You have successfully completed a degree in engineering in the field of Industrial Engineering (m/f/d), Process Engineering (m/f/d), Industrial Management (m/f/d) or Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d)
• You also have sound practical experience of using SAP in a live production environment with regard to bills of materials and work plans
• Your solid knowledge of common lean production methods, REFA time studies, value stream mapping and process FMEA sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German, as well as business-level English for international project work
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of assertiveness and a constant willingness to engage in professional cross-functional communication
• Finally, you are assertive and always work in a highly structured, analytical, goal-oriented and solution-focused manner
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
