You will be responsible for the comprehensive planning and management of complex product development projects with regard to deadlines, costs, resources and quality, whilst taking internal guidelines into account. You will also be responsible for clearly aligning all relevant project objectives and for the efficient organisation of the entire project workflow in collaboration with the specialist departments. Furthermore, you will oversee the close coordination of all involved specialist departments to ensure that all project deadlines are met on a sustainable basis, whilst maintaining high quality standards in day-to-day operations. Monitoring ongoing project progress is also part of your remit, including the timely initiation of appropriate corrective measures in the event of any deviations from targets. As part of your role, you will support the early identification of project risks and the development of viable alternatives to ensure that objectives are achieved safely and on time. Furthermore, you will actively support the introduction and continuous development of company-wide projectmanagement standards, as well as the optimisation of internal processes and systems. Finally, you will be responsible for providing regular, transparent and recipient-oriented reporting on all relevant project metrics directly to management and the executive board

• You have successfully completed a degree in engineering, project management or industrial engineering
• You also have three to five years’ professional experience in project management, ideally in an industrial product development environment
• Your solid knowledge of MS Office and common ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• You have excellent command of German, both spoken and written, at a native level, as well as a good command of English for day-to-day communication
• Furthermore, you bring a highly structured, analytical and goal-oriented approach to work, enabling you to successfully implement complex projects
• Finally, you are a strong communicator and team player with excellent facilitation skills, and you thoroughly enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your specialist expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
