• You will be responsible for supporting new development enquiries, as well as monitoring and coordinating the time-to-market process
• You will also coordinate customer approvals for product samples
• You will cost the projects and carry out a post-production cost analysis once initial production has been completed
• Representing the company at trade fairs and in front of customers, as well as chairing customer meetings, will also form part of your remit
• In addition, you will hand over initial orders for completed new projects to other specialist departments
• Close collaboration with departments such as Product Development, Sales, Purchasing, Filling and Packaging rounds off your role

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office administrator (m/f/d), a comparable qualification or a relevant degree, e.g. in business administration or industrial engineering
• you have at least 3 years’ professional experience, ideally in project management
• ideally, you have knowledge of multi-stage production
• you are fully proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft applications
• Good communication skills in German and English are part of your profile; knowledge of other languages would be an advantage
• You are characterised by ambition, negotiating skills, assertiveness and an independent and responsible approach to work
