• You develop new products (NPI) and optimise the existing product portfolio as part of continuous improvement
• In the laboratory, you carry out relevant research work and carefully document your results
• In close cooperation with production, product management, sales and quality departments, you actively contribute your scientific and technical expertise to existing processes
• you collect, manage and present measurement data and information from R&D projects in a structured manner
• you also develop analytical methods, establish them and then implement them in the manufacturing processes

• You have a degree (Bachelor or Master) in biology, (bio)chemistry or a comparable scientific field
• Theoretical and practical knowledge in the development, production and application of membranes as well as experience with immunological and molecular biological test systems characterise you
• In dealing with SEM, microscopy and wet-technical analysis and enjoy working practically in the laboratory
• after appropriate training, you conscientiously maintain the product database and work safely according to DIN ISO 13485
• you have a good command of written and spoken German and English and a valid work permit
