• You will plan, manage and monitor projects with a focus on time, cost and quality, and ensure a structured process from start to finish
• You will draw up and maintain project plans independently, define appropriate milestones and regularly monitor budgets
• You will continuously monitor the progress of your projects, identify risks at an early stage and actively manage risk
• As a Product Owner (m/f/d) and Project Manager (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for selected products and prioritise requirements based on the project objectives
• You will coordinate collaboration between Product Management, Engineering and Sales to ensure everyone is pulling in the same direction
• You’ll contribute to change management, assessing and prioritising changes to ensure the ongoing development of projects
• You will also carefully create and maintain project and product documentation
• You will actively contribute to the further development of methods, processes and tools, and keep up to date with new trends

• You have successfully completed a degree in a technical or business-related field, or hold an equivalent qualification
• You have already gained experience in project management, ideally in a technical environment
• You are familiar with regulatory requirements in industry or the rail sector, or you are keen to familiarise yourself with this subject
• You have a good understanding of product development and technical contexts
• You are familiar with SAP, Polarion or similar tools
• You are a strong communicator and have successfully collaborated in interdisciplinary teams
• You work in a structured and independent manner and tackle challenges with determination
