• You will create work plans and production orders for optical assemblies
• You will monitor and supervise the production orders throughout the entire processing phase
• You actively resolve obstacles and problems to ensure that targets are met and deadlines are adhered to
• You keep track of stock levels and planned orders and schedule new orders in good time to avoid bottlenecks and balance out fluctuations in capacity
• You implement measures for continuous process improvement
• You report recurring problems to the relevant departments

• You have successfully completed a commercial or technical vocational training programme
• You have relevant professional experience in production control or manufacturing management
• You have sound IT skills and are experienced in working with ERP systems and MS Office
• You speak and write German well
• You are characterised by your problem-solving skills, reliability and ability to work as part of a team
• You live in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
