• You will be responsible for the reliable management and monitoring of ongoing production orders within the modern production facility for high-quality aerospace components and complex assemblies
• In addition, you will be responsible for targeted communication and close coordination with the customer office, Purchasing, Production and external partners
• Furthermore, you will oversee the continuous monitoring of on-time material availability and track missing components as well as the necessary approvals for the manufacturing process
• Your responsibilities will also include actively participating in regular shop floor meetings and dealing with escalations in a solution-oriented manner within the dynamic production environment
• As part of your role, you will assist in the preparation of precise analyses and key performance indicators relevant to management, with a view to the sustainable optimisation of all manufacturing processes
• Furthermore, you will support the ongoing implementation of targeted improvement measures in the area of lean production to enhance overall process stability
• Finally, you will be responsible for the further development and optimisation of existing ERP processes to ensure smooth organisational workflows across all day-to-day operations

• You have successfully completed a vocational qualification as an Office Management Assistant (m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or Aircraft Mechanic (m/f/d)
• you also have solid professional experience in production control, work planning or scheduling within an industrial environment
• You stand out thanks to your confident proficiency in using standard ERP systems and MS Office, particularly your advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Your very good command of written and spoken German, as well as your good command of English, facilitate your day-to-day communication
• Furthermore, you possess a high level of resilience, strong communication skills and a highly structured and analytical mindset
• Finally, you have an interest in technology, a deep understanding of complex production processes and always work in a goal-oriented and independent manner
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
