• You will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of planning and production orders in the ERP system, taking into account all project specifications and resources relating to prototype construction
• You will also be responsible for accurately determining and reliably communicating relevant completion dates to all internal contacts within the department
• Furthermore, you will oversee the professional initiation and continuous monitoring of all key maintenance orders for test vehicles, test set-ups and complex complete systems
• Your wide-ranging responsibilities also include the timely reporting of completed products, including comprehensive serial number tracking in the central ERP system
• As part of your role, you will support the timely and complete provision of all required material withdrawal lists for downstream production logistics
• Furthermore, you will support close coordination with other departments in the event of missing parts to ensure the smooth execution of all planned production orders
• Finally, you will be responsible for the targeted coordination of production-related key performance indicators and the continuous optimisation of cross-departmental processes in prototype construction

• You have completed further training as a technician (m/f/d) specialising in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics, as well as an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
• you also have sound professional experience in the required field of production control, as well as proven practical experience and, ideally, REFA training
• Your confident use of MS Office and valuable user knowledge of SAP R/3 set you apart in your day-to-day work environment
• Your native-level command of written and spoken German, as well as your good command of English, perfectly round off your professional profile
• You also bring a high degree of organisational and coordination skills, as well as a strong willingness to undertake occasional business travel
• Finally, you are able to work well under pressure, consistently adopt a structured approach to your work and impress with your strong customer focus
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
