• You print out reference drawings, read order papers and provide tools and materials for assembly
• You set up assembly equipment and carefully check the safety equipment
• You select assembly tools and compressor and pump components according to specifications and install them professionally
• You prepare ball bearings according to production instructions, clean, grease and then assemble rotors, windings and motor and pump components
• You reliably carry out mechanical function tests and visual inspections on pumps and compressors, compressor and pump components
• you reliably carry out mechanical function tests and visual inspections on pumps and compressors and measure spacer sleeves if necessary
• you rework faulty parts, repair failed pumps or compressors and create rework orders in SAP
• you fill non-commissioned parts independently, work at various assembly workstations and assist with the induction of new employees as well as with CIP and improvement suggestions
• you consistently maintain order, cleanliness and occupational safety in your work area at all times

• Ideally, you have a technical or commercial apprenticeship, for example as a plant mechanic (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d) or carpenter (m/f/d)
• You will benefit from professional experience in component assembly or in the production of electric motors
• Knowledge in the assembly of components and in dealing with pumps, compressors or electric motors is an advantage for you
• You are confident with SAP in your day-to-day work, especially when creating rework orders
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are characterised by your ability to work in a team, communication skills and independent work
• You are willing to work on improvement processes
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
