Production employee final inspection (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You’ll be responsible for the final inspection of finished castings based on visual and functional criteria
• Using an endoscope, you’ll inspect the internal areas and cavities of the castings for defects
• You’ll reliably identify defective parts and sort them out
• As part of the inspection, you’ll move and lift castings weighing up to 15 kg
• You’ll mark inspected parts according to the inspection results
• You carefully document inspection results and any anomalies
• You ensure that approved parts are correctly forwarded to the next stage of the process
• In the event of irregularities, you will report to your line managers and provide feedback on quality

What we are looking for

• You are physically fit, as the final inspection involves moving castings weighing up to 15 kg
• You have a very good command of German to ensure inspection results are documented correctly and to provide feedback
• You are comfortable working with an endoscope and are not afraid to inspect cavities
• You are known for your meticulous and precise working style, ensuring that even minor faults on components are detected
• You are reliable and have a strong sense of responsibility when it comes to labelling and forwarding inspected parts
• You work with focus and attention to detail to reliably identify visual and functional defects
• We require a willingness to work two-shift patterns (early/mid-shift)
• The ability to work as part of a team and communicate openly with your line managers rounds off your profile
