• You will carefully prepare materials and workpieces for the production processes and ensure that all safety regulations are observed in the workplace
• You will also support the team in the assembly of products and, through careful checks, ensure the quality of the manufactured goods in day-to-day operations
• You will reliably carry out simple transport and sorting tasks within the factory and play an active role in organising the warehouse area
• You will also regularly clean and maintain the machinery and workstations used to ensure operational safety standards are met at all times
• Finally, you will pack the finished products for dispatch, ensuring correct labelling and strictly adhering to internal procedures
• you regularly document the work steps carried out and report any deviations or malfunctions directly to the relevant specialist in the production department

• Even without a formal qualification, you can successfully start as a motivated trainee or career changer and demonstrate your skills straight away in your day-to-day work
• You also have some initial practical experience of operating production machinery, using tools or carrying out assembly work, and are willing to adapt to new tasks
• You have good to very good written and spoken German and can confidently understand and apply all instructions, work guidelines and safety regulations
• Furthermore, you bring flexibility, team spirit and reliability, enabling you to integrate seamlessly into existing teams and adapt to changing tasks
• Finally, you are meticulous, committed and work independently, whilst maintaining a clear overview at all times, even when work processes change
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
