• You will operate and load production and mixing plant for plastics processing
• You will control the manufacturing processes via modern display and touchscreen interfaces
• You will use industrial trucks to transport raw materials and finished products within the factory
• You will monitor the ongoing production process and carry out quality checks
• You pack and label finished goods for internal transport
• You comply with the applicable quality and safety standards in the production area
• You keep your workstation and machinery clean and tidy

• Ideally, you will have completed a vocational training programme, for example as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), process mechanic (m/f/d) or warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d)
• You have already gained practical experience in a production environment and in the safe operation of industrial trucks
• You are confident in using digital controls and display-based control systems
• You have a good command of German to ensure smooth communication within the workplace
• You are willing to work in a 2- or 3-shift system
• You hold a valid work permit and are permanently resident in Germany
• You impress with your reliability and attention to detail
