• You will be responsible for assembling and securing individual formwork components, formwork beams and props, as well as installing tensioning devices
• You will also be responsible for measuring and aligning the formwork
• You will also prepare concrete mixes in accordance with specifications
• Pouring and compacting concrete into the formwork using a crane will form part of your role
• In addition, you will be responsible for the pre- and post-treatment of formwork
• You are responsible for working with release agents, such as formwork oil, and for striking the formwork
• Inspecting, sorting and cleaning formwork materials round off your role

• Ideally, you will have completed an apprenticeship, e.g. as a concrete and reinforced concrete builder (m/f/d), bricklayer (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained experience in industrial manufacturing, ideally including concrete processing
• As a career changer (m/f/d) with manual dexterity and technical understanding, you are very welcome
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• You are willing to work shifts
• A Class B driving licence would be an advantage
