• You set up the machine by tying on and threading the yarn
• You identify faults in the machine or the production process at an early stage and report them
• You assist with laboratory support tasks in quality control
• You document the work steps carried out and the test results
• You carry out goods-in and dispatch tasks independently
• You prepare the materials for production and make them available
• You are also responsible for the disposal of production waste
